Well then. It's still technically Wednesday... Please don't hurt me! Especially member of our crew who is currently being tutored in sexy accents. =)

Um...Don't even ask about this. V. and I went to a science centre, and they had random facts on this screen, and the fact that there were human sized penguins in S. America 35 million years ago was there. We promptly decided that we needed to make it into the comic. :D

Just for future reference, we now have steady characters! You've seen them before in the Pirahna comics...Introducing (sort of) Jared and Kate!

You'll learn more about them as time goes on! We should be adding more characters as the comics start going along. Random question--which of our past characters would you like to see as a re-occuring chara? The eager T-Rex, Kitty-got-claws, Octalet and her male counterpart (We named him, I swear...it just doesn't seem to be anywhere. Oh dear.), pirahnas???

Anywho, I'm going to be stopping the babbling. Because it's going no where. Cheerio!

Comic #9: CWRS (castration with a rusty spork)

Hello! Long time no see! God, July was busy... After the visit to T'ranna to see the other beloved parties in this comic, I came back home and POOF kinda ended up volunteering for a summer camp. For two weeks. And that's where I've been, running after kids and then going :bleh: when I get home because I was so tired...but Not All Is Lost! I'm beginning again. Voig n' I had some wicked brainstorming sessions (albeit, mostly accidental ones springing from something that was said) so we've got like...oh jeez. Maybe 3 or 4 comics prewritten? So look forward to regular updates on Wednesdays again!

P.S. I'm sorry to the male member of the crew...but this comic sprung from what I think whenever a person of the male persuasion pisses me off. Which happens to be a lot. Because I have 4 brothers. And stuff. :D

The Crazy Adventures of V.V. And Goldybear

We have a reason! We can explain everything!!!! Don't lynch us! Oh...you want us to explain? OK then. Well you see Goldybear came in from the far West into T-Dot. And as she didn't wantr to bring an insane amount of computer stuff with her, there wasn't a comic last week, and very likely won't be one next week either. But we do have an awesome picture of a penguin to keep you amused until the next post (when that is, not even the penguin knows).

Examination Shmanination

Well the wretched and hideous monster known as real life has jumped on the entire PoD team in the form of exams, and Goldybear's internet is once again kaput. But the good news is that, come the week after next week, exams will be over and Goldybear will be in Toronto, meaning that a comic will be going up that week, albeit probably not until Thursday at the latest. Until then, may your exams be easy and penguin free (unless you're taking a zoology course, of course).

Oy vey. So, life kinda came and ate me. Like...chewed me to bits.

I managed to finish two comics (this is one), but then the tech. in my house died...But now that everything is up and running again, comics should be back to a rather regular schedule.

In other good news, I got a tablet!!! So you now get pretty digiart. <_<>_> Now I just need a program with layer on my computer so I can do the art properly. Oh well.

Lack of Comic

Comic #3: It never gets old

Yes, I know it's an old, old joke...But it was my brother's birthday, and I wanted to make him a witty witty card, so I ended up putting above comic in the middle and then making the card as above. Feel free to use it if you need a bday card for someone ^-^

Comic #2: Impressive...Very Impressive...But you are not a beaver yet!

What kind of animal would make a penguin with a beaver? I mean, really! But I never question the mind of our lovely writer ^-^

I actually got to do a comic with more than one panel...I think my only limitation is really drawing people. I'm trying to get my own style down, but it's hard, ya know? I've got the eyes, nose and mouth, hair-ish, and I can do bodies, but the hardest part is just the shape of the face. I'm sure I'll get it eventually! :D

In the mean time, enjoy Darth Beaver and Luke Icewalker. ;D

Welcome To Penguin of Death/Doom/Dyfunctionality, the webcomic about Penguins, Death, Doom and all other matters that cross the mind of our Deranged writer, Voignar Vorin (not a real name) and the two artists, Goldybear (again, not a real name) and Violet (partially a real name). Our first comic will hopefully be up sometime in the vicinity of the end of the week, after that, check back often for sporadic updates from the crew of PoD.
